Terms & Conditions

1. All prices listed in this schedule is subject to 10% service charge.
2. Orders will not be entertained until full payment is made.
3.In general, orders for the following services and equipment hire for events must be submitted to the Hotel before the deadline, otherwise it will be subject to regular or onsite rate.
4. Provision of any services/equipment by the Hotel is subject to current stock availability at the time of ordering. Orders will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.
However, the Hotel reserves the right not to accept any order received and in such cases, the users will be notified accordingly.
5. Any equipment that requires outsourcing due to late orders (orders after deadline) or no more availability, the Hirer will have to bear the additional cost of the outsourcing service.
6. All equipment provided by the Hotel should only be utilized within Licensed venues, exclusively for the specified event.
7. If by reason of force majeure, labor difficulties, inventory or any other cause outside the control of the Hotel, the Hotel is unable to provide all or any of the services or
8. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted in writing and not less than seven (7) days before the start of the license period. All cancelled orders will be subject to
a 30% cancellation charge.
9. The Hirer will be responsible for returning all equipment and related materials to the Hotel within one hour on the agreed time.
10. The Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the equipment arising from the Hirer’s negligence, unintentional act or other cause within the reasonable control of the Hirer,
its representatives, employees, agents or invitees. In the event of any loss or damage to the equipment for which Hirer is liable, the Hirer will reimburse the Hotel
for the total cost of making good or replacement.
11. The Hirer will be in default if the Hirer fails to pay any charges when due or any other indebtedness or fails to return the equipment to the Hotel after use.
12. At any time after a default by the Hirer, the Hotel may terminate the rental services, by notice to the Hirer and repossess the equipment. The Hirer will remain liable for all
unpaid charges and the Hotel may apply, and retain all or a portion of the Hirer's security/damage deposit as may be necessary to compensate the Hotel for any unpaid charges
or damages and expenses incurred on account of default; the Hotel may exercise any other rights occurring to a Hirer under any applicable law upon a default by the Hirer.
13. Credit card information stipulated above will be used to guarantee the service request on this order form. If for any reason, this service is not settled at the end of the event,
the credit card member whose credit card is noted on this form authorizes the Hotel to charge the entire amount without any prior notification.
14. All orders must be submitted with full payment, together with the required deposit in MOP Dollars.
For cheque payment, it is required to be submitted at least one week before the First Move-In Day, and cheque is not accepted for onsite payment.
When making cheque payment, please make it (to be drawn from local banks) payable to "Venetian Cotai Limited" Accounts Receivable - Finance Department,

Payment by major credit cards is also accepted. The Hotel reserves the right not to fulfill orders without payment.

1.每张订单之额外蛋糕配送服务只适用于最多可三个2磅或以上的蛋糕,配送不包含订单其他商品。
2.如欲将货品分批或配送至不同地址,请按不同地址或时间分开下单。
3.订单完成付款后不可更改或兑换现金。
4.订单完成付款后之取消或更改均不设退款。
5.配送服务不适用于离岛或海外。
6.若到达配送地点后多次联系失败,蛋糕将退回丘吉尔精品店,不再重新配送。
7.如派送当日悬挂八号或以上台风信号或黑色暴雨警告,派送服务将暂停。客户服务将在下一个工作日以电话或电邮方式联系阁下,以安排再次配送时间。
