Therapist Availability:
Guests may choose from highly skilled male or female therapists. For traditional body scrubs female therapists are allocated to female guests and male therapists to male guests since our traditional scrub rooms are located in the separate vitality lounges.
Spa Appointment Bookings:
Advance bookings are recommended to accommodate your preferred date and time. On day walk-in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability. Reservations can be made in person during SPA operating hours, or via phone or email.
Preparation for SPA treatments:
Guests should arrive to the SPA 30-minutes prior to their treatment time to make use of the facilities in the male and female vitality lounge.
Locker Facility:
Lockers, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a range of essential amenities are provided for guest convenience. Disposable underwear is provided for SPA treatments. It is advisable for guests to bring their own swim attire should they wish to use the vitality lounges.
Use of Mobile Phones:
In the interest of maintaining the SPA's tranquil environment and to allow for a relaxing experience for all guests we respectfully ask that phones should be switched onto silent mode and that any voice call be taken outside the SPA area.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests should allow at least a 6-hour notice of cancellation, bookings will be held for 15- minutes and will then be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
In-Room Treatments:
Massage treatments may be performed in the comfort of guest rooms, guests should allow at least one-hour notice for set-up time in the rooms and an additional surcharge of 20% of treatment price will be added to the bill.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates are available at the SPA in the form of treatments or monetary value.
Complimentary Parking:
4-hours free parking is available for all SPA customers.
