Executive Chef Darren Cheung Kam Tung began his culinary career in 2005. An up-and-coming Cantonese chef, Chef Darren's extensive cooking experience and understanding of traditional culinary concepts and ingredients enable him to create timeless yet innovative dishes.
The experience of working at prestigious restaurants across Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao has broadened Chef Darren's horizons, allowing him to absorb the essence of both northern and southern Chinese culinary cultures. Chef Darren holds cooking certificates including Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, and has won several accolades.
