Cantopop Star Brings
“Chi Lam Crazy Hours Live in Macao” to Cotai Arena
(Macao, July 4, 2015) – Chilam Cheung, one of Hong Kong’s best-known singers, brought his latest concert “Chi Lam Crazy Hours Live in Macao” which was presented by The Venetian Macao to the Cotai Arena tonight.
The crowd were enraptured by Cheung’s energetic and engaging performance, particularly when he transformed into “Captain Cool,” his character from the TV show “Triumph in the Skies.” Cheung serenaded his crowd with ballads and brought them to their feet with rousing hits, including “Love is Dead,” “Ten Fingers Interlocked” and “You’re Good but I Never Cherish,” as well as the songs “Crazy Hours” and “Buddies” from his latest album “Crazy Hours,” thrilling the crowd who were at time deafening in their support for Cheung.
Cheung made his debut in 1991 and became an overnight sensation with his collaboration with Maple Hui “A Modern Love Story.” In 2000, Cheung portrayed “Man Cho” in TV drama “Return of the Cuckoo,” which helped him become one of the most popular actors of his generation.
