(Macao, May 25, 2016) More than 150 team members from across all Sands China properties gathered at The Venetian® Macao Wednesday to participate in World Challenge Day. Together they completed a World Challenge Day activity organised by the Sports Bureau of Macau SAR Government and the Macau Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau, with representatives from the Sports Bureau leading Sands China team members in an exercise routine.
Sanctioned by the Association For International Sport for All (TAFISA) and the Asian Sport for All Association (ASFAA), World Challenge Day is an annual event in Macau. Its goal is to generate awareness of the importance of exercise in maintaining a healthy lifestyle – by motivating people to be physically active for 15 minutes in a World Challenge Day activity.
