Hong Kong Singers William So and Edmond Leung to Join Forces for The Venetian Macao Concert

(Macao, Mar. 12, 2018) – Popular Hong Kong singers William So and Edmond Leung will bring their So Man Show to The Venetian® Macao’s Cotai Arena on April 21, 2018. Tickets are now on sale at all Cotai Ticketing box offices.

While both artists have worked in the entertainment industry for many years and are bandmates in the supergroup Band Of Brothers, this is the first time they have performed as a duo at Cotai Arena. The title of the Macao concert is derived from a combination of So and Leung’s names, and also hints at life and love from a male perspective. Musically both singers want to push themselves into new territory, and promise fans a fresh and exciting audio and visual experience.

William So, nicknamed the “Love Song Prince”, launched his music career after winning second place in a major singing competition in 1985 and released his first album in 1989 to great acclaim. He appeared in popular TV series “Healing Hands”, and also sang its theme song. His later track “Kiss More, Hurt More”, led to his first solo Hong Kong concert and his Mandarin song “Man Shouldn’t Let Woman Cry” was a big hit in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has gone on to release more than 20 albums and appeared in dozens of TV series, variety shows and films.

Edmond Leung was born with music in his soul. He was the first male singer to receive both Ultimate Top 10 Songs Award and Ultimate Album at the Commercial Radio Hong Kong Ultimate Song Chart Awards. Some of his hits include “The Man in Closet”, “Get Lost/Cheating” (with Miriam Yeung), “Lingering Games” and “Three Broken Hearts”.
