The significant investments and growth of our business in Macau requires hiring and developing exceptional Finance Professionals. The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is an intensive two year rotational program focused on providing hands on experience in our finance departments across the different properties. The program is a combination of stretch work assignments, mentoring and formal training.

FLP Program Summary

• Intensive 2 year entry-level program spanning 4 rotational assignments across departments and our multiple properties in Macau.
• Hands-on experience may include: financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, treasury/cash management, business development, Process/Six Sigma quality
• Focus on building exceptional financial, technical and business skills as well as broad financial understanding and experience.
• Mentoring by Senior Finance staff
• Develops world-class financial leaders for challenging, stretch assignment upon graduation.

Candidate Criteria:

• Superior academic record
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• 1-2 years work experience preferred.
• Relevant internships and/or degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.
• Authorized to work in Macau.
