Our goal at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel is to provide unmatched guest service. To achieve this, we recognize the importance of creating an exceptional work environment that fosters excellence.

One of the essential elements of this kind of environment is treating Team Members with integrity and respect at all times. This involves:

  • Establishing and maintaining a work environment free of discrimination and harassment
  • Establishing systems that encourage open communication and that ensure people are treated fairly
  • Communicating clearly expectations, required performance standards, policies and rules
  • Responding to people's complaints, concerns, and suggestions in a timely, honest way


The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel has established the following internal communication channels:

Direct Communication Channels

  • A designated internal email account for receiving Team Member suggestions and comments
  • A face-to-face interview with Team Member Relations Representatives from the Human Resources Department
  • Suggestion boxes located in the-heart-of-the-house areas
  • A monthly Team Member Focus Forum with representatives from all departments
  • An Ombudsman hotline to report any ethical violation


All comments and suggestions will be processed in a timely and fair manner.

Team Member Satisfaction Surveys
We conduct Team Member satisfaction surveys regularly in order to identify Team Member concerns and to address them accordingly.

Town Hall Meetings
We keep managers informed of Company strategies and annual goals. They, in turn, keep everyone else informed.
