Early arrivals and late departures

If you intend to arrive prior to check-in time and want immediate access to your suite, please inform us one night prior to arrival. Also, if you wish to depart after the specified check-out time, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave The Venetian Macao. Should you choose not to reserve an additional night, you may leave your luggage with Guest Services and use our Recreation facilities prior to departure.

Guaranteed reservations and deposits

All online reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check terms and conditions for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Cancellation policy
Suite cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival. These policies may differ for packages.

If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date and time, the Hotel will charge one night's accommodation. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check terms and conditions at time of booking.

For all Package bookings, cancellations or amendment of packages will incur a cancellation fee of room plus tax for every night booked. "No shows" will be charged room plus tax (all nights) to the credit card on file.
