And we are pleased to announce the two hundred lucky winners:

1. Lucky Draw Period
1.1. The “200 Fantastic Experiences at The Venetian® Macao” Lucky Draw is organized by The Venetian® Macao – Resort – Hotel and runs from 10 March 2008 to 10 September 2008.
1.2. Winners will be drawn on 15 September 2008 from the Lucky Draw entries registered during the above-mentioned period at The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel office, or such other venue as may be determined and announced by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.

2. Participant Qualifications
2.1. The Lucky Draw is open to all residents holding a valid identity card or Passport and all visitors holding valid travel documents. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2. Employees, temporary employees, agents, successors and assignees of the Sands Casino and/or The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this promotion, as well as immediate family and household members of the same, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein.  Immediate family members shall include, but not limited to, an employee’s parents, siblings, spouse, children and any other family members living in the same household. 

3. Entry Requirements
3.1. Participants who complete the registration form on The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel website at www.venetianmacao.com or www.sands.com.mo during the Lucky Draw period will be eligible to enroll. Each participant is limited to 3 Lucky Draw entries from separate emails.
3.2. The cut-off date and time for online registration is 10 September 2008 11:59 pm at Macao time.
3.3. Participants should examine the details shown on the Registration Form as any discrepancies will not be entertained.
3.4. All information filled in the Registration Form (including personal information and email address) must be valid. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel has the right to disqualify participants with invalid information.

4. Announcement of Result
4.1. The 200 winners will be selected randomly via a computer. Each winner can only get one prize. Results of the Lucky Draw will be posted on www.venetianmacao.com or www.sands.com.mo. Winners will be notified by email only and have 10 days to respond to the winning announcement email. The notification email will include a secret indicating the prize redemption procedures.
4.2. The drawing of this contest will be monitored by the Company’s Audit Service Department at 4 pm on 15 September 2008 in the location of Sands Macao or The Venetian Macao Limited's offices.

5. Prize Redemption and Prize Detail
5.1. There will be 200 Prize Packages to be won, each consisting of 2 nights stay in a standard suite at The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel, subject to availability. The winners must choose the date of their stay before 16 October 2008 and book a stay no later than 31 January 2009. Any winners failing to redeem within this time will forfeit their prizes.
5.2. To claim a prize package, winners must personally present their identity card or travel document as indicated on the Registration Form, and the redemption notice issued by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
5.3. Winners must be at least 18 years of age.

6. General Terms and Conditions
6.1. By entering into the Lucky Draw, participants accept and agree to be bound by the Lucky Draw terms and conditions and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, as well as the Disclaimers and Privacy Policy set out in www.venetianmacao.com or www.sands.com.mo
6.2. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel reserves the right to withhold the prizes (or reclaim the prizes if awarded), and award them to any such person or dispose of them in such manner and as The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel deems fit if the winner is subsequently disqualified or is found not to be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw.
6.3. Without prejudice to the other provisions herein contained, a winner's entitlement to claim his / her prize will be forfeited if he / she fails to present his / her valid identity card or travel document as indicated on the Registration Form, and the redemption notice issued by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel or to redeem or claim his / her prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, the directions given by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
6.4. Winners who fail to claim their prizes before the deadline designated by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel and respective prize sponsors will be considered as having given up their right to claim their prizes.
6.5. Any winner, whose prize (or prize entitlement) has been forfeited, is not entitled to any payment or compensation from The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel reserves the right to award or dispose of the forfeited prizes in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.
6.6. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and such other particulars of the winners or their representatives where applicable (including photographs), in such mode and manner as The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel may in its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity purposes (including publicity after the Lucky Draw). Participants, by entering into the Lucky Draw, consent (and should procure consent from their representatives where applicable) to such disclosure and publication, and agree to co-operate with and participate in the activities, including the Lucky Draw prize presentation ceremony (if any) and other related promotional and advertising activities, organized by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel for this purpose.
6.7. Winners are responsible for arranging for transport, delivery, customs clearance and insurance of their own prizes and all taxes, charges and fees in relation thereto.
6.8. All prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items from The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
6.9. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel may, at its sole discretion and without consultation or reference to Lucky Draw participants, at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prizes of equal or similar value at the choice of The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
6.10. The decision of The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Other than as stated in these terms and conditions, The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel shall not be obliged to contact the participants or any other person, or consider any appeal by or enter into any correspondence with any participants or any other person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
6.11. Any violation by the participants of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification of the relevant participants.
6.12. The copyright of the material, text, graphics, logos and images on any promotional materials of the Lucky Draw belong to The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel solely and exclusively. The contents on the promotional materials of the Lucky Draw may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes not expressly permitted by The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
6.13. All prizes and offers are subject to relevant legal requirements and restrictions.
6.14. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision in these terms and conditions shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
6.15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region, and the Macao Courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
6.16. These terms and conditions are written in English and Chinese. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.

7. Disclaimer
7.1. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions, and any arrangements in connection with the Lucky Draw, and may withdraw or discontinue the Lucky Draw at any time at its sole discretion, and without prior notice or liability.
7.2. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss or damage (whether direct or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw, including but not limited to any error or omission in conducting the draws, loss or destruction of Lucky Draw entries or other property or belonging, or any notice or correspondence which is misdirected, mislabeled, delayed or lost in the post or otherwise.
7.3. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel shall not be liable in any way to any person (whether by way of indemnity or contribution or otherwise) for any claim whatsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw whether for property damage, personal injury or death or of any other nature whether or not the same is caused by the act, omission or negligence of The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel.
7.4. The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel (and their respective employees, directors, officers, agents and assigns) shall not be responsible or liable for the lost, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, corrupted or misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the draws, or for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered with, corrupted or misdirected transmission, or for any kind of problems (technical or otherwise) with, failure or malfunction of any telephone network and/or transmission line, computer systems or equipment, servers, providers, hardware or software, or for any lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer data/ transmission, or any combination thereof which may prevent or limit one's ability to participate in the Lucky Draw, save and except for those attributable to the willful default or gross negligence of The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel and the prize sponsors.

If for any reason, the computer system in whole or in part is not capable of running, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of The Venetian – Macao – Resort – Hotel, which corrupt or affect the administration, secrecy, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Lucky Draw, The Venetian Macao – Resort – Hotel reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Lucky Draw.
