"Suite-est" Rate Guarantee
The Venetian Macao guarantees that Venetianmacao.com and all related brand sites will have the best suite rate for The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel. For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms and Conditions and be submitted in compliance with the Claims Processing procedures.
If you find and advise The Venetian® Macao of a lower, published, available suite rate, for the same suite type and bed type, and for the same dates and number of guests (the competing third-party rate), within 24 hours after making a reservation on Venetianmacao.com, The Venetian Macao will honor the competing rate (with the same restrictions), along with a “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee Upgrade to the next available suite level, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. In cases where an upgrade to the next available suite level is not available, The Venetian Macao will honor the competing rate (with the same restrictions) and offer a further 10% discount on the competing room rate.
An example of how the "Suite-est" Rate Guarantee works:
Step 1: View the Terms & Conditions and then book a one night's stay at the lowest available rate on the Reservations Search for The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel on Venetianmacao.com for a rate of MOP 1500.00.
Step 2: Within 24 hours, you find a rate of MOP 1400.00 through another website for The Venetian Macao, for the same nights and same suite type (same number and type of bed(s).
Step 3: Contact The Venetian Macao to claim the “Suite-est” Rate Guarantee.
Step 4: Assuming your Venetianmacao.com booking is confirmed and the lower rate is available and bookable via a competing web site, based on your choice and availability of suites, the Suite Reservations team will upgrade you to the next available suite level (OR offer a 10% discount on the competing rate, if the upgrade is not available), to uphold our "Suite-est" Rate Guarantee policy!
