Full-time and Full-time Flex Team Members who have completed one year of employment with The Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel are eligible for educational assistance for courses that are directly related to their present job, or which will help them achieve a promotion.

Flexible Work Schedules
We allow local Team Members to work flexible schedules in some positions while still enjoying some of our benefits.

Team Member Club

Team Members are encouraged to use our Team Member Club.

Gym equipment and lockers are available for use by Team Members, free of charge.

The Team Member Club offers the following:

• A variety of gym equipment;
• A lounge for Team Members to relax, play table tennis/pool, socialize or learn about nutrition and diet;
• A reading corner where Team Members can select their reading from various publications; certain materials are available for check-out;
• Several computer terminals.
