Rules/Policies
  • Limit 1 Hotel Suites per reservation request
  • Cancellations or amendment of reservations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations or amendment made within 24 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) night's room & tax. "No show" Reservations will incur a charge of one (1) night's room and tax, which will be applied to the credit card on file.

  • A Cash deposit of MOP/HKD $1200.00 per night or a valid credit card is required upon check in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.

  • All reservations requests must have salutation (e.g. Mr/Mrs), First and Last Name of the adult guest occupying the suite.

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to register a suite.

  • Valid government issued identification/Passport is required upon check-in.

  • All Non-confirm rates are quoted in Hong Kong dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Check in time is 3:00pm - Check Out time is 11:00am.

  • Rates are in MOP/HKD and subject a 10% Service charge & 5% Government Tax.

  • The above rates are based upon your length of stay, if you alter your arrival or departure dates all rates are subject to change.

  • Guests of Venetian Macau will be responsible for all charges made to their selected suite. Other damages caused will be billed directly to Credit Card on file.

  • Limit of 4 guest per selected suite.

  • Groups of 10 suites or more must call Group Reservations for more information at +853 2882 8888.

  • Length of stay greater than 7 days must contact reservations at +853 2882 8888.

  • Rates are based on Single and double occupancy.

  • Additional guests (13 and older) are MOP/HKD $500 per person per night. No additional charges apply to children 12 years of age and under.

    • Credit Card information
  • A credit card is recommended to book a suite. Reservations not cancelled by the outlined cancellation policy will be charged the equivalent of 1 night Room & Tax.

  • Non-guarantee policy: Reservations will be cancelled no later than 6pm on the day of arrival.

  • Method of payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

    • Currency Conversion Discrepancies
  • Exchange Rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

    • Facilities polices
  • Preferred room type is on a request basis only. Actual room type assigned at Check in. Every effort will be made to meet Guests preferred room type, smoking preference and other requests, but are not guaranteed.

  • Not all Facilities and services are to be provided at the time of opening subject to its availability.

  • Requests for Handicap Accessible Suites or Connecting Suites should be noted in the "Special Requests" fields.
