Premier international education fair offers attendees great opportunities
(Macao, February 24, 2012) – The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel and the Tertiary Education Services Office – GAES of Macao SAR have jointly co-organised the Macau Education Fair, being held from February 24 to 26, 2012 at CotaiExpo™ Hall A of The Venetian Macao. An opening ceremony is to be hosted today at the Naples Foyer of The Venetian Macao to kick off the three-day event.
This is the second year that the Macau Education Fair is being held at The Venetian Macao. The almost 6,000 square metres of exhibition space features around 90 exhibitors representing universities, colleges, training institutions, banks and government bodies from all over the world including mainland China, Macao, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Brunei, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the USA.
The theme of the Fair is “The Premier International Education Fair is Your Milestone to Success,” aiming at providing students and parents an opportunity to gather sound information on local and overseas tertiary educational trends. More than 60 study talks and seminars will be held during the Fair, providing an excellent opportunity for students and parents from Macao and the Pan-Pearl River Delta Region to learn more about higher education in different countries and regions and to collect the most updated and reliable information. It also provides opportunities for those eager to pursue further studies to make appropriate choices.
The opening ceremony of the Macau Education Fair will be officiated by the following guests:
