Accommodation
Up to 10% off the cost of room rates
Organizers booking meeting / convention with a minimum of 100 non-local delegates, having at least 3 full-day meeting, or 2 full-day meeting with 1 full-day activity, and staying 2 consecutive nights in local hotel, will qualify for 10% accommodation cost support, for maximum 5 nights stay.Note: Full day meeting required to have at least 6 hours daily of actual meeting time. The maximum room rate is MOP1,300 per night, inclusive of service charges and taxes.
F&B / Meeting Package support
Up to MOP$400 financial subsidy per delegate on F&B or Meeting Packages
Organizers booking meeting with a minimum of 100 delegates in which 40% of them must be non-local; with duration of 3 full-day meeting, or 2 full-day meeting with 1 full-day activity in Macau, will qualify for F&B or Meeting Package support of maximum MOP$400 per delegate.
Note:
- F&B must be consumed either one day prior/after or during the event.Qualified F&B support is based on one time consumption at the same duration for all participants.
Key-Note Speakers & Heads of Delegation Support
Up to 2 nights hotel accommodation and 50% off the cost transportation
For meetings with minimum of 100 delegates, with duration of 3 full day meeting, or 2 full-day meeting with 1 full-day activity, will qualify for a maximum of 2 nights hotel support and, 50% transportation expenses (maximum MOP$3,000) for each of the Key-Note Speakers and Heads of Delegation with a minimum of 3 delegates per delegation group, and a total of 30 Head of Delegations.
Note:
- Maximum room rate is MOP$1,300 per night, inclusive of service charges and taxes.For the same event, a maximum of 30 Keynote Speakers will be supported.
Bid Support
For pre-qualified bids, this support includes air fare, participation fees, and bidding consultation.
Site Inspections Support
Up to MOP$40,000 for transportation expenses to Macau
To qualify, the convention should have a minimum of 300 delegates with duration of 3 full day meeting, or 2 full-day meeting with 1 full-day activity. This support includes round-trip air fare & ferry (max MOP$40,000/person), local transfers (max MOP$3,000/day) and local accommodation for a maximum of 4 decision makers depending on the size of the event.
