(Macao, June 16, 2012) – Hong Kong Cantopop group Grasshopper’s return to The Venetian®
Macao-Resort-Hotel’s CotaiArena™ astonished fans once again, with their
impressive performance of Glamour on Stage Live in Macao Saturday to
kick off the Asian leg of their new tour.
Grasshopper started the concert with a bang as promised, with
glamorous stage design, marvelous style, entirely new music
arrangements, as well as flashy wardrobes designed by the group’s own
Calvin Choi. The performance reached its climax when the trio sang their
everlasting hits “Lonely” and “A.E.I.O.U.,” and showcased their
electrifying dance moves. The group’s inner energy and stage presence
moved the audience of fans to sway to the rhythm and gave them a
memorable night full of surprises.
Formed in the 1980s, the Hong Kong pop trio has performed in
Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand
and the United States, reaching out to a fan base of millions.
