(Macao, June 2, 2012) – Hong Kong music legend Alan
Tam didn’t disappoint fans, once again capturing their hearts Saturday
night, with his memorable performance of Alan Tam Encore Concert 2012 at
The Venetian®Macao-Resort-Hotel’s CotaiArena™.
as "Principal Tam" because of his mentorship role in Hong Kong’s
Cantopop industry, the superstar sang some of his all-time greatest hits
spanning his magnificent 30-year career to an enraptured CotaiArena
audience, drawing on the strengths of his distinctive voice, spectacular
stage presence and enthusiastic energy. Tam sang classics including
“All Out of Love,” “Maggie” and “Red Wine Heart,” sending the audience
on a nostalgic journey.
Having released over 200 solo albums,
featuring songs in Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and English,
with billions of records sold worldwide, Tam’s return to The Venetian
Macao Saturday was by popular demand. In July 2010, he held eight
sold-out concert nights in Hong Kong, followed by his Macao show in
September 2011, all praised by the press as one of the best concerts of
the past ten years.
