(Macao, November 3, 2012) -Hong Kong singer-songwriter Khalil Fong thrilled his fans in Macao Saturday night, with an enthusiastic performance of his Suncity Group presents15Khalil Fong Live in Macau 2012 concert at The Venetian^® Macao-Resort-Hotel's CotaiArena™.  

Known for delivering productions conspicuously less flashy than many other pop stars, Fong remained true to form, preferring to rely less on his visual style, while using the simple yet moving combination of his guitar and voice to connect with his audience. He was joined on stage Saturday by special guest and fellow Hong Kong superstar Fiona Sit, who performed a duet with Fong.

Hawaiian-born Fong is a rarity in the Hong Kong music scene, as an R&B and soul music singer-songwriter. He released his first album Soul Boy in 2005 to critical acclaim, earning him the nickname "Hong Kong's David Tao." As his songs are sung mostly in Mandarin and English, Fong explained that Mandarin is his second language, after English, and that he can express himself better in Mandarin compared to Cantonese, even though he is based in Hong Kong. Fong started his current concert tour in Singapore, then going to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Malaysia.
