(Macao, October 20, 2012) -Renowned Hong Kong actor and comedian Dayo Wong's latest stand-up comedy creation did not disappoint the audience atThe Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel's CotaiArena™Saturday night. Wong's return to Macao this year brought his fans a whole new batch of humour throughout the entire performance of Dayo Wong Stand Up Comedy in Macao.
Bringing his all-new stand-up comedy routine to the CotaiArena stage after completing his debut show in Hong Kong, Wong garnered laughs from the audience by presenting an abundance of humorous commentary criticising the political and social systems of Hong Kong. He also showed a 20-minute short film during the performance - a story about a hopeless man who lost his job and wanted to seek revenge the people that caused his lay-off. The short film was another highlight of the evening, with Wong portraying the leading role in the film, which also included guest appearances of well-known Hong Kong film actor Sean Lau and TV actor Wayne Lai.
Dubbed Hong Kong's "founder of stand-up comedy," Wong began creating Cantonese stand-up comedy shows in 1990, launching his first series of stand-up comedy acts in Hong Kong, quickly gaining him widespread popularity in Cantonese-speaking communities around the world.
