(Macao, November 23, 2012) –The legendaryAustralian
soft rock duo Air Supply didn’t disappoint their
eager fans Friday night, performing a string of their well-loved singles and
showcasing their powerful signature sound in an exclusive concert at The
Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel’s Venetian ballroom.
The duo, composed of singer-songwriter
Graham Russell and lead vocalist Russell Hitchcock, welcomed their admiring Macao audience with one
of their greatest hits “Even the Nights,” kicking off the concert in high
spirit. The multi-platinum recording group continued to enchant the audience
throughout the night, with hit songs like “The One That You Love,” “Here I Am,”
“Lost in Love” and “All out of Love.” Hitchcock's soaring tenor voice and
Russell's simple yet majestic music have continued to deliver the group’s
unique sound over the years, garnering the rapturous
applause of the audience Friday night.
Air Supply has been
actively touring and recording ever since their heyday of the 1980s, when hit
songs like “All Out of Love" propelled them to international stardom. The first
Western group to tour China
and countless other countries, the group enjoys a popular following around the
world. Friday’s show marked the third time they’ve played The Venetian Macao,
having performed in 2007 and 2008, demonstrating once again the staying power
that has kept Air Supply a worldwide success over the last three decades.
