(Macao, June 27, 2012) – Dubbed “A Born Diva,” Taiwanese pop singer A-Lin is going to showcase her extremely wide vocal range and powerful stage presence with her performance of A-Lin Live in Macao 2012 at the CotaiArena™ at The Venetian^® Macao-Resort-Hotel on July 21, 2012. Ticket sales begin Thursday, June 28.


Also known by her birth name Wong Li Ling, A-Lin made her debut in the music scene at the end of 2006 with her album Lost Love of Innocence, and has achieved rapid commercial success ever since. Her 2008 album A Born Diva successfully made her one of the finalists for the Best Mandarin Female Singer Award at the 20th Golden Melody Awards held in Taipei in 2009. The Mandopop singer’s unique, yet touching and powerful voice, in addition to her wide range of music styles, has earned her the moniker “A Born Diva,” along with a solid position in the Mandarin music world. In July 2011, A-Lin held her first large-scale concert in Taipei and afterwards went to Hong Kong for two more performances. She once again has been named as a nominee for Best Mandarin Female Singer in the 23rd Golden Melody Awards, with results to be announced the end of June.

Tickets for the 8 pm, July 21 performance of A-Lin Live in Macao go on sale Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 10 am, at various Sands China box offices*.
