MEETING PACKAGES
Half-day package from HKD380+ per person
• Half-day meeting room for up to 6 hours
• LCD projector and screen, podium and microphone
• Welcome coffee and tea on each meeting day
• One AM or PM coffee break with 3 varieties of refreshments
• Meeting set including: pens, pads, water & mints, flipchart or whiteboard
• 1 Complimentary Wi-Fi Pass per day
Half-day package with lunch – From HKD480+ per person including a deluxe Western set or buffet lunch
Full-day package with lunch – From HKD600+ per person including a deluxe Western set or buffet lunch, additional six hours of meeting room usage and one additional coffee break.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Meeting Packages available only for groups of 10 to 500 people. For groups over 500 people, please contact our sales manager for customized packages.
2. Meeting Packages pricing is based on (1) 106sq meter meeting room. Additional Breakout rooms are not included in the package. Please discuss options with your Venetian Sales representative.
3. Meeting packages valid for meetings held between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012.
4. Meeting packages valid for meetings held at Capri, Verona and Torino meeting rooms. Alternative meeting rooms on level 1 and 3 are also available for upgrade.
5. Groups of 10-20 people will enjoy lunch at designated restaurants as included in the listed packages. Groups of 20 or more can enjoy a buffet lunch in a separate meeting room.
6. Add a breakfast buffet to either meeting package for an additional HKD140 per person.
7. A Chinese lunch option is available for an additional HKD80 per person.
8. Offers valid for residential meetings only and must include meeting package. Not applicable to suite-only groups.
9. Complimentary 24 hours Wi-Fi in C&E areas is for 1 user only. Additional usage is subject to surcharge.
10. One LCD projector, screen, podium and microphone will be provided in a single meeting room for the duration of the meeting. Additional A/V subject to surcharge.
11. All prices are subject to a 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
12. We at The Venetian Macao aim to provide the best possible experience to our clients. Please feel free to discuss your needs and/or adjustments with your conference manager. Kindly note additional items requested may incur extra costs.
