Exhibition Venue
Up to 25% off the cost of venue rental
Exhibitors booking a minimum of 1,000 sq.m. actual paid rental space per day for at least three consecutive event days will receive a financial subsidy of 25% off the venue rental.
Note: The maximum support for exhibition venue rental is MOP26 per sq.m.
Accommodation
Up to 10% off the cost of room rates
Exhibitors booking a minimum of 100 hotel rooms per night with two consecutive nights of stay in Macau, and at least 3 actual exhibition days, will receive a discount of 10% off their accommodation up to a maximum of five nights.
Note: The maximum room rate is MOP1,300 per night, inclusive of service charges and taxes.
Hardware
Up to MOP300,000 of financial subsidy for hardware rental*
Exhibitors booking three or more event days, which has a minimum of 1,000 sq.m paid rental space per day will receive a fixed amount of support ranging from MOP100,000 to MOP300,000 for hardware rental such as audio-visual equipment, basic booth setup, and street banners.

Qualified Buyer Support
50% reduction* on travel expenses
Exhibitors booking for at least three days with a minimum of 1,000 sq.m. actual paid rental space per day will qualify for a 50% subsidy on transportation expenses (max MOP3,000 per buyer) and three nights of hotel accommodation (max MOP1,300 per night) for one buyer per standard (3m x 3m) booth.
Opening Ceremony
Up to MOP100,000 financial subsidy*
Exhibitors booking three or more event days which has a minimum of 1,000 sq.m. actual paid rental space per day will receive a fixed amount of support ranging from MOP30,000 to MOP100,000 for opening ceremony expenses such as recruiting MC, basic stage setup, backdrop, ribbon cutting or similar PR functions.

Bid Support
For pre-qualified bids, this support includes air fare, participation fees, and bidding consultation.
Site Inspection Support
Up to MOP40,000 for transportation expenses to Macau
Exhibitors signing up for events of three event days or more which has a minimum of 1,000 sq.m. actual paid rental space will receive up to MOP40,000 per person for round-trip air fares, ferry trips, up to a maximum of MOP3,000 per day for local transfers and local accommodation for a maximum of four decision makers depending on the size of the event.
Additional Assistance
In addition to the above subsidies, the MGTO can also provide assistance for additional support such as complimentary tourist welcome kits and premiums, free admission to the Wine Museum and Grand Prix Museum for delegates, as well as a series of endorsement and visibility opportunities on the MGTO website and information counters.
